NHRIs join the Human Rights Day Campaign “Reducing inequalities, advancing human rights”

Human Rights Day takes place annually on 10 December to mark the day when the UN General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. This year’s theme looks at equality, inclusion and non-discrimination – in other words a human rights-based approach to development – and how it represents the best way to addresses inequalities and put us back on the path to achieving the 2030 Agenda.

Throughout the day, this feed below will feature social media posts from European NHRIs celebrating Human Rights Day and joining the call for us to rebuild better, fairer and greener and ensure that no one is left behind.
